I ended up hunting and searching trying to find if we needed to register anywhere to attend tonight, the main page just has a calendar list.
It wasn't until I dug deeper that I found out that I need to go into the online mailing list archives to see info about events.
Anyway, it looks like last months was cancelled, so checking if there is going to be a meeting tonight?

G'day David,
I caught your message on Twitter and hope you received the response in
time there. There was an erroneous message put out on a local
developer distribution list that we advertised us as holding a meeting
tonight but that was not the case.
The next scheduled meeting will be next week's GTUG Global Campout on
HTML5.
It's a big event with around 30 of the 136 GTUGs planning to
participate including at the Googleplex and Google Tokyo. So should be
great fun to develop alongside engineers there and hundreds more
developers worldwide.
We will be running this from Saturday August 14th until Sunday August
15th. We will have links and confirmed details end of week, and some
prep materials on HTML5 - hopefully that'll make up for lost time!

PS. Sadly our message boards see a lot of spam so first-time posters
will have messages delayed until we can manually moderate, sorry for
inconvenience.
