FS: Nikon body, lens; Voigtlander lens

Hi,
Is anyone interested in buying some of the following items?

I've hardly used the D700 in the last year or two, so better to sell
it to fund more lenses for the Fuji system.
The M-mount Voigtlander lens is up for sale because I inherited a Leica 35mm.

* Nikon D700 body + two batteries and charger and a couple of CF
cards, in original box.
* Nikon AF-D 24-85mm f/2.8-4 + hood + end caps
* Voigtlander Nokton MC 35mm f/1.4 (Leica M mount) + metal hood + caps
+ original box

I don't want to give them away, but am happy to knock a bit off the
going rate on ebay in order to avoid dealing with ebayers and postage
hassles.
