Looking for a Developer

Pardon the interruption, but my company is in need of some Cocoa
development and I'm having ahrd time finding anyone in Melbourne who
can do it for me.
We're a Windows development house and have an app which needs to be
ported. Time is tight and the money looks pretty good... if only I
could find a developer!
I realise that this probably isn't the best way to go about it, but I
am running out of other ideas...
