i've just uploaded a comparison between tsr and comp in a .jar
file ...
this is viewable in jalview ... seems fairly homologous ...

i don't know how to get any numbers out of it ... so somebody should
check my work ... just did a search for "tsr kinase" and "comp kinase"
in genbank (ncbi) if you want the sequences...

jalview is a java application ... takes a little while to download ...
(load as .msf file or use the text input - to input sequences )
