Thursday update

had fun with the mini preps in the morning ... did the digest in the
afternoon ... ran the gels ... 1. worked ... 4,5 sort ... recultured
2,3,4,5 to redo tomorrow...

=> 6 minipreps

meeting on saturday to organise "stuff" - roles, wiki, admin, finance,
times,

location and time unknown

kasia is working, jan has a wedding on sunday ... pat and alisa would
like "a day of rest" so saturday was half decided... if there are any
objections ... shout out :)
