If a link gives an error, try again later the same day: Play can take a while to register that you joined.

Google will not let a personal developer account publish until 12+ testers stay opted in, without leaving, for 14 continuous days. Staying in for the two weeks is the most useful thing you can do. Start with the pinned post "START HERE / COMECE AQUI".
