Sorry to bother but I had photo plus and draw plus on my computer and when I wiped it clean and went to reinstall it and when I go to register it again my old code no longer works and when I go to retrieve a new code It send me to this site. How to I obtain the registration key for my products again??
Long-time user of Serif products, chiefly PagePlus and PhotoPlus, but also WebPlus, CraftArtistProfessional and DrawPlus. Delighted to be using Affinity Designer, Photo, and now Publisher, version 1 and now version 2.
I know that DrawPlus Starter Edition has not be available to download for a number of years, so is this a recently downloaded software or are you needing to reinstall and hence re-register? Because ALL the "Plus" range of software is now Legacy, i.e. no longer produced, I know there is a Universal Registration Key for all the "purchased" versions which is 881887, but I do not know whether this can be used with any of the Starter Editions.
I have just got around to that and I am still using this software. I have tried some replacement software, but they do not seem to work as well as the old Drawplus 8. That also has its problems, however, but I have not found an easier to use program, so I am continuing with this. AutoCad was an absolute nightmare and I gave that up. I have purchased a second hand cd of serif drawplus x8 with a legit registration code but it isn't going in past the insert registration key, I have also been advised to use a generic key of 881887 but i have no idea where ii should enter this to progress further
The product key is prompted for when you install the software. The registration code will be prompted for when the software runs (normally not until 30 days after installation) and that's when you enter 881887
The structure of GPP is there are a series of workshops, talks (some free and paid), and imagine it like a really intense photography summer-camp; most guys stay at the same hotel and have meals and drinks together in the evenings.
Thank you for getting back to me. After taking a look in the Printer Specifications under the paper tray capacities, the max weight is listed as up to 281gms (75lb). The one you are using is heavier (80lb) which is why you are seeing the issue.

Welcome to the HP Support Forums! I see you are running into some problems printing photos to your HP Envy 4500. You are using a new premium photo paper and you are getting black bars or the image is cut off.

Interestingly the HP Premium Plus paper specifically states that it is compatible with the Envy 4500, also the Envy 4500 handbook states this too, despite also stating the maximum of 280gsm. So the advertising for HP Premium Plus paper is erroneous and misleading, and the printer manual is self-contradictory. I am having exactly the same problem so it seems that the 280gsm limit really is the limit.
Alternatively, you can always use the Genting SkyWorlds mobile app to purchase your photos or photo gifts, and collect them at the end of the day from Studio Emporium Photo Counter before leaving the park.

Judy is friendly and professional and put my senior dog, Bella, right at easy. Bella had a great time having her pictures taken. She was having such an amazing time that Judy had to bribe her with another treat when the session was over! I agreed with Bella, it was over before I knew it because we were having so much fun.

Last year Patrick and I were invited out to Dubai to attend Gulf Photo Plus, a photography workshop unlike anything else on the planet. At the time the only thing I knew about GPP was that they did a shootout with 3 big name photographers. I never expected that attending this event would become one of the most memorable experiences of my life.
The deal was simple, GPP would pay our way to the event on the other side of the world if we created 2 videos for them. The first video would be a promo video that would be used to promote the 2014 workshop (above) and the second video was completely up to us. We decided to sit down with as many of the instructors as we could and interview them about what it took for them to become successful in photography. This video on success was released a few months after the event and you can read about the creation of that video here.
Although I had no idea what to expect with GPP as an event, I had heard a lot about the city of Dubai. I had watched videos and documentaries for years about the creation of this almost mythical city. This town in the middle of the desert has the tallest building in the world, the largest mall in the world, an indoor ski slope (in the desert), man made islands in the shape of palm trees and the planet earth, and more wealth per person than any city in America.
When Patrick and I arrived in Dubai we ran into Zack Arias, a GPP veteran, in line at customs. We got to pick his brain about what the next few days would look like and my excitement grew even more. That night we got to meet all of the instructors for the event as well as Mo and Hala who were the masterminds behind the event. Mo and Hala turned out to be some of the nicest people we have ever met, and their hospitality towards everyone made the jet lag and cultural transitions much easier to adapt to than expected.
Unlike all of the other instructors who had to focus on their particular classes, Patrick and I had the ability to sit in on the majority of the courses. After the second day I started to realize that this event isn't just about learning photography, GPP is an experience, an experience so incredible that I recommend it to every photographer I know.
