Dear Murugan,

 

I was try to get an appointment to meet bureau head-Last week , but he was busy in year end & serial meetings.

 

Finally I meet him five minutes and got his email ID- on Monday.

 

Tuesday team sent a request email to bureau head to kick start the project.

 

And the same day,Mr.Nirmal kumar has sent an email to bureau; to get an appointment to meet him and his project management team.

 

Due the serial meeting of bureau head, Mr.Nirmal plans to come on next week. And that is not yet finalized.

 

Now there is good improvement in the project.

 

Deputy – bureau head written a letter to Property administration and finance bureau, that says “to start account and dispatch the materials – those materials doesn’t have any commands “.

 

May be by tomorrow morning, they will starts accounting the materials.

 

And for our clarification, I prepared a check list based on the BID document and verification list V3 also attached for your information.

 

Please review and finalize .and do revert, with your commands asap.
