Discussed Key Points:   ·         Material distribution Paper works has been done at the bureau level, So the  Passive data infrastructure Material distribution will be gets started by next week earlier- Bureau assured. Copycat can send their network implementation teams as of next week ·         And we get some free space in the store; Then Procurement team will start accounting the balance Materials. ·          Once we finish the Material accounting, we will solve the other issues parallel. However, the bureau has firmly expressed its displeasure about putting some preconditions for the project implementations. Hence, we would like to inform COPYCAT LTD that the Bureau  is ready to work in close cooperation through continuous dialogue. Thank you for the mail and your Positive note , that the project is moving forward . We are not discontinuing the Project , we are only rescheduling the resources .

 

You would agree with us , the resources on site is not fully utilized for the last 3 Months , which is costing us money. You also should understand, we have Limited budgets for doing this projects without incurring further loss . So if I continue to keep resources there and spend all budget, when we really need resources, we may not have the budget to get them.

 

In addition the people were deputed to the site with a Planning 4-6 Months Project time period, which has exceeded . They require their break , and this would ensure the resources are fully energetic, and fresh when we deploy them again .

 

Please let us know as soon as the materials are completely distributed and the work can start , we will be sending some fresh resources ,and the current team will come back when the System Installation can start .  

 

We Are fully committed to the Project, and we will ensure the same is done to the satisfaction of the Bureau .

Dear Mr, Murgan, First of all i would like to thank u for the quick response and very nice response. I understand every thing what you have said, however since we haven't finished the handover, we have a lot of items to be counted. If you pull out your resources, then in the absence of your Engineers it will not be possible, as the counting will be done in the store with our property administration staff.  Hence it will be a bottle neck to proceed with the material dispatching. We have started only with very few and bulky passive data infrastructure items, ( Trunks, racks and cables ). So please understand the situation and we are also working hard to finalize the dispatching .
