House Rent for 8 rooms	12000 Birr
House Rent for 4 rooms	9000 Birr

 

 

And per month, we are expecting 750$ for the following purposes:

 

• Gas & Dinging water
• Servant salary
• Purchase rice, wheat, oil, vegetables and Masala’s

Please keep this three accounts separate , otherwise the accountants will get confused.
 
Abdul will send you each 10000 Birr which is against your Local salary – 350$ , we will deduct it from Redchilli payment
 
The 10000 Birr he has send you for monthly Bajaj, internet etc – you spend , submit bills to Abdul and he will reimburse the same
 
Another 40000 Birr Alem will give you (we are sending his money ) – which you need to use for the below mentioned expenses –
 
Hope this is clear – in case you are in doubt please feel free to ask me .
 
Any time in future , don’t wait for last minute , as it takes at least 3 days to arrange for money – so ask in advance .
