Mekele Re-imbursements

Dear Hiwot,
There are some pending reimbursements for this guys in Mekele , they keep asking me . Mostly this is regarding the expenses related to shifting , and some more expenses for their upkeep , after they moved to this new Place . They claim Alem , the Local guy has taken some house hold goods we bought for them etc .
However before I approve anything I need a complete picture of what we have paid them so far . If possible please send me a complete statement of what are their claims so far, and what we have paid .
Alternatively Nirmal can look at the Claims and approve the same based on the merits .
