Dear Murugan,

19” 230V power supply:

What was happened?

Our company suppose to be supplied the 19” 230 V power supply units 4.
Instead of that we supplied 40 Power Distribution Unit’s.

10th Aug Meeting of Copycat with the Govt. of Tigrai:

The solution provided by Mr.Murugan is not acceptable from the Government side.

Because it says: Return back the 40 PDU’s and get your 4 PSU’s.

Behind that there are the following questions rising by client:

Why you didn’t supply the quoted 4 PSU? And why did you supply the non quoted 40 PDU?

If we accept your replacement solution, that mean to supply the quoted materials Copycat also the responsible for the project delay.

 
What is the problem at property administration, finance and sub process?

Moto: Right materials have to be received & it should be properly delivered; without any command from our technical experts’ team.
 
Reality: try to convey the technical adviser’s and get a command letter – if you fix this issue that way, this bureau has no problem to supply the materials.

If I supply with the in-completed issues – I will be punished & fired.

We could solve this issue ethically:

Virtues:
Compare to PSU, the supplied PDU will support up to 240 V power supply. So it is better than they ordered.
We can show the price of total items is more than / equal to those 4 PSU.

But one thing is sure a single PDU’s price is almost triple than a single PSU

That above point may help us short out this issue in ethical way.

Demerit:

There was no part number and details found in bid against PSU.

Please send me the Part number & details - To prepare the compare list of PDU & PSU.
