Dear Murugan,
Today, the Capacity building is writing a letter to all the bureaus; regarding to come & collect their materials.
They are expecting some explanations; about the material distribution list [Submitted by Alem Sagared ].
L – Shape [ 100X60,40 & 25mm]:
It is not quoted & not supplied, but it is mentioned in the distribution list 70,274 & 748 respectively, are we going to manage with T- Joint instead of the L-Shape?
Grounding Unit:
There are 9 types of Grounding Units (screws & grounding cables) we supplied as per the bid, So they are expecting which item needs to supplied to which location.
LF00 Clips:
In the Distribution list has 3152 No’s to be distributed to the bureau’s.
But the bid quoted a single LF00 clip.
Earthing Kit:
It is a not quoted one in the bid. Are we going to provide on the time of installation?
Your commands will be speed up the bureau process, please reply as soon as possible.
Note:
Alem is very busy; I unable get his appointment to discuss about this assignment.

ü Angles ( internal, external & flat – for three different measurements)
ü End caps
ü T- Joint’s
ü 42U & 12U cabinet with PDU’s
ü PVC trucking for 100x60,40,25
ü And 1071E Cat 6 GigaSPEED
Note:
They are writing a letter to all the bureau’s to come & collect their materials.

Hints:

We are showing them with the pictures & links, till now they don’t have any objections.
Currently, the local security guard’s are doing the Labor works in store room & we are paying their daily wages.

Property & Administration, ICT and Finance teams were started accounting the materials on last week late afternoon.
They said “we were planned to follow the given procedures, while distributing the materials”.
1. To accounting the materials in the store room and separate them as per bureau wise.
2. Write the letter to the individual bureau to come & receive their materials.
