There was a two day Bureau head’s year end evaluation meeting at Capacity building. So unable to talk to any officials.
Today’s meeting with Yishak & Tesfay:
Material distribution is pending due to the Invoice clearance issue – Client command.
There was some corrections requested by the client; it is forwarded to Mr.Nirmal’s office.
They will hand over the Wireless cards as soon as received the updated letter.
And please send the 4th Chapter of the system design document Version 2.0 ASAP
Note:
The Guest house agreement is going to be finished in 11 days. We are discussing with the owner and found some houses around Axum hotel & Hawalti. The details I will send you in next mail.

Let me know the costs before finalizing ..
As you know we have send a letter to the ministry – if they don’t distribute the material within few days , we have to re-look at how we do things , so lets discuss it by Monday
