Thank you for forwarding the mail, i haven't received last week any thing.
As per your request,
1 . We have informed you last week that we will give all your extra
materials however, since we haven't finished counting, this has been informed
timely, we hardly know at this moment which items are extra, how much. so let's
work togetthe and sort out every thing here in Mekelle.
2. Regarding the import processes, please write the letter officially on which
items are going to be imported to the Ministry of Civil service ( Former
Ministry of Capacity Building ) and then we will act upon the request of the
ministry. The Ministry knows every thing about the project, your office in addis ababa should
consult the ministry.
3. We can't order the Ministry
of Civil service on goods to be imported, they know every thing about the
project,
4. We will send you our final response regarding Air conditioner and the 19''
configurable patch panels as soon as possible
On the other hand we have pended all activities about the project, we
haven't yet finished the counting and hence all equipment dispatching has
ceased.
1. So we again request your company to send an engineer who is capable of
understanding about the project equipments so that we proceed with the counting
and start dispatching
Otherwise we are making unnecessary dalliances affecting the warranty,
services, support that can be easily available from the manufacturers.
Once again, putting preconditions doesn't help any body let's act swiftly to
wards starting the implementation.
