As I have explained to Mr. Nirmal we are planning the meeting to be as per your request.
We want Our bureau head to be involved in the meeting, so we are waiting for his final
confirmation, on which day from next week, will be in the meeting. This issue is handled by our deputy bureau head.
We want to resolve every issues that we have and start as fast as we can.
But Please understand the matter, as our bureau head is in Addis Ababa for a meeting.
Besides, we are making all the necessary preparation for equipment dispatching and start the implementation.
This is quiet a complex project, we need always to discuss and come up to a working solution, and this is the demand of both parties.
Please understand the situation.

I understand your situation but you are not able to understand my situation.
As you know, i want to send Murugan for this meeting from Nairobi. If you give me one or two day notice, it will not be possible for me to arrange Murugan to fly to Mekelle.
As briefed you by Nirmal, we will not be able to start the implementation of the project until and unless we clear all the discrepancies on the delivered materials and get a final acceptance certificate from you. I am still keeping my resources at Mekelle
without any work and wasting my money allocated for the implementation.
This is the final notice i am serving to you to inform you that, if we don't get the final acceptance certificate by 27th September 2010, we will be sending back all the resources stationed at Makelle and you can coordinate with Mr. Nirmal till we come
to a conclusion on the final acceptance certificate and the way forward with the project implementation.

Nowadays, there are a lot of meeting happening in the ruling party.
We have tried to arrange the meeting for the coming Tuesday, but since the bureau head is not quiete shure about the schedule, we will let you know.

The Bureau head and team with the following agenda in order to go ahead with the implementation.
1) Highlight on the inordinate delay caused till date.
2) Discuss and arrive at a solution for the material discrepancy stated by the Bureau.
3) To issue a Material Acceptance Certificate.
4) Confirm and sign off on a strict time bound implementation plan, with the clear cut responsibilities of both sides.
5) Bureau confirmation to release on the balance 10% material payment and implementation payments.
As you have requested we shall have the meeting next week.
Please let us know the availability of the Bureau Head and team for a meeting on
21st Sep at 10am. Else suggest a suitable date and time for early next week.
Request you swift response on this, so that we can plan the travel. (As you are aware Addis- Mekele flight sector is always full and need booking

Thank u so much for your request.
We have discussed with the deputy bureau head issue of equipment dispatching, and other issues about the project.
Now equipments will start dispatching which was a major bottleneck for the physical works, training, other documentation activities for the project.
So the deputy and other staffs have said it is better that we meet the Copy cat representatives as of next week.
