I just released the Mekanimo Version Beta 1.2 and soon will post a
document listing the changes. Here is a brief list of the most
significant changes.
Now Mekanimo uses Python 2.6 and includes sprite, texture, and sound
browsers. The createBox2DCpp function now can output C++ files for
Box2D version 2.02 as well.
There are many more additions, enhancements and bug fixes too.

Maybe at some point. Currently, I am planning to release it as a
commercial application soon.
