IMP- Discrepancy in Degree Certificate

Respected HOD,

I would like to inform you that the batch of M.Tech CSE-IT(YOP-2015) has received the degree certificate from Savitribai Phule Pune University in the 109th convocation ceremony held on  22nd March'16.

I have found below discrepancies in the certificates.

1. We received Master of Technology (Information Technology) instead  of Master of Technology (Computer Science and Engineering-Information Technology) since we enrolled to CSE-IT branch at the time of admission and we filled up degree certification form by mentioning the branch as CSE-IT. As per the volunteer's opinion at University, It might happened due to the difference between an Autonomous institutes and the institutes affiliated to Pune University directly. 

2. As per our last semester mark-sheet Date of exam is 05-08-2015, Date of Result 18-08-2015 but on the degree certificate it is appeared as April 2015.

 

I could not found the respective person in the University to know about the reason behind this specific discrepancy. So few of us have submitted a Correction Form with a correct subject i.e.Master of Technology (Computer Science and Engineering -Information Technology) .

I would like to request you that kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

I wanted to 3rd discrepancy that Class of Passing [Distinction/ First Class/ Second Class] has not mentioned on the certificate.
