regarding ieee xplore

hello friends

when ever i try to download a paper from ieee, its always shown me

"This content is outside your institutional subscription."

plz any body having same problem,if yes then how to solve it.

is there is any changed in the user id and password  of ieee?

Hi monalisa,

Yes encountered similar problems. I could download journal and magazine papers but not others.

Reported the problem to librarian. Will check again today and will let u know.

Can u pls take snapshot of the error scrren and mailto meenaks...@ves.ac.in. 

Anyone else getting problem. Pls mail snapshots to the above address, then probably things would speed up

actually i meet madam,she said that they know this and already mail to ieee. it will take  around 2-3 days,so plz meet on wed-thu if possible.
