Primary Criteria |
Ø 4 years full time 2011 passed out Engineers (Stream -CSE/Electronic/Information Science/Information Technology/EEE/Mechanical ) Ø 60% aggregate throughout their education . Ø Should have a continuous 16 years of education with no gaps. |

Selection Process |
Ø Aptitude test(Analytical and logical reasoning, English Grammar). Ø Group Discussion. Ø Technical Interview. Ø HR Interview. Ø Offer. |

Compensation |
Ø During training period of 4-16 weeks a stipend of Rs. 8000/- PM will be paid. Ø After successful completion of the training a salary of Rs 2,25,000 P.A will be paid during your probation period. Ø And after the completion of the probation period of 6 months the salary will be Ø revised to 2,75,000 P.A |

Ø They should be open to work in Shifts as per business needs Ø Open to relocate to other locations based on requirements Ø Open to work in support projects Ø Open for cross training ( other than the trained one )into other technologies |
