Dear ALL,

You are require to check all the details which would be necessary for tomorrows campus.

Kindly note:- The admit cards will issue at ITS College at 8-30am.

Pls find enclosed Admit card to be issued to students by college themselves (individually). Incomplete admit card will not be entertained at all. Student entry is permitted only along with Admit card and College ID card, duly signed and stamped by authorized signatory.

Admit card will ensure participation of eligible students only in the drive and smooth execution of the whole drive. each college must take responsibility of their own students screening. Any not-eligible student participating in the drive along with the Admit card will result in consequences to be faced by college itself.

- Identification no (on Admit card) must be issued in alphabetic order starting with college name i.e : VGI-001 or Galgotia-001 ........
- Photo of the candidate and signature of authorized person must be stamped on Admit card.
- Students must report to college at 08:30 A.M. sharp on 17 jun 11
- one TPO or any other authorized person from college must assist students during the drive.
- student must carry their College Identity card as well.
- Participating students must match as per the list sent by each college. Any student not mentioned on the list sent by TPO, will not be allowed to enter in premises whatsoever be the reason.
