Compensation: 500 USD/ month
Education: B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical.
Industry Type: Iron/Steel/Industrial Products
Role: Trainee Engineer
Functional Area: Production, Operations, Maintenance, Quality.
Desired Candidate Profile:

• Fresh Graduate Engineers with good academic back ground, sound communication skill and ability to lead a team to achieve organisationsal objective by optimizing the productivity.
• Orientation towards making career in steel domain will be preferred.
• Understanding of all aspects governing operational and production activities and up to date knowledge of latest technological advancements, regulations guidelines and statutory compliance's in the industry.

Job Description:

• Candidates will be responsible to work in different Departments like Scrap Yard, Maintenance, Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Materials etc.
• Expertise in identifying and rectifying problems, troubleshooting, conceptualizing and implementing measure for increasing operational efficiency and optimizing resource utilization.
• Adept at Production, Operations, Maintenance, Resource planning and Manpower supervision in the manufacturing environment.
• Coordinating Technicians, Labours in operation and maintenance of the equipments.
