Associate Systems Engineer –Techline (Req 1224-Windows Desk top support)
- Diploma/Bachelors Degree (any) with 2 – 3 years of experience
- Person should be working in Help Desk/Enterprise Service Desk environment
- Technical support executives who have exposure in a voice process is a must
- Troubleshooting skills on Windows, Application Support(TOA, VPN, Wireless), Blackberry & others
- Excellent English language proficiency, both written and oral
- Person should be open to work in 24/5 environments
