Youcan enter an activity into our app either by manually entering its distance or by syncing your activities from your favorite fitness tracker or smartwatch. Currently, we support: Apple Watch, Apple Health, Garmin, Fitbit, Adidas Running, Strava, Map My Run, Map My Ride, Map My Walk, Runkeeper.
You can either post all your distances to all of your challenges or you can decide what types of distances go to which challenges. e.g. you might want to send your walking distances to one challenge and your cycling or swimming distances to another challenge. It's completetely up to you.
You can log most types of distance based exercise such as running, walking, cycling, swimming, rowing etc. For other non distance based exercise such as yoga or cross fit, we have a handy conversion chart that converts time doing these activities into distance equivalents that you can use..
You get to choose the time-frame in which you will complete your Challenge, from 1 week to 24 months. This goal can be easily changed at any time if you want to shorten it or extend (within the 24 month limit).

Conquests are battles that require the player to lead a country and defeat the opposing faction. The 1939 and 1943 conquests deals with the Second World War, and the fight between the Allied Powers and the Axis Powers. The 1950 and 1960 conquests however tackles a hypothetical scenario wherein the 'Cold War' became an actual war between NATO and it's associates and the WTO and it's associates. Meanwhile the 1975 conquest is a what-if scenario where Aliens invade and conquer most of the Earth, interrupting the 'Cold War' and prompting the surviving governments to form the World Union. Also Honor rewards differ with each conquest.
Each playable country has a star rating on how powerful they are. The less stars, the more difficult it is to win as that country, and the more Resources they reward when beating the gamemode. One of the resources rewarded is medals, which can only be obtained once in every different star rating, for all conquest years. Other resources: Industry, Energy, Technology are infinite and can be farmed.
The start of the Second World War. The Axis Powers have a greater chance of winning. Only the Great Powers have the technology to build Heavy Tanks and Rocket Artillery. No country can produce ballistic missiles and nuclear bombs.
The Axis Powers are at their greatest extent, but the Allied Powers are ready to counterattack. The Allied Powers have a greater chance of winning. Nazi Germany is the only country capable of producing Super Tanks, and the United States is the only country that can make nuclear bombs. Both the Germany and the United States can launch Ballistic Missiles.
An alternate Cold War scenario, turned into a World War 3. All Great Powers can build nukes. All Regional Powers can build Super Tanks except Iran and Iraq. In this Scenario,WTO has a higher chance of winning because they have more units than NATO and more allies.
Same as 1950, but with more countries for both sides, and the Great Powers along with the new Nuclear Powers having nukes. More areas are unclaimed, such as Africa and the Pacific. In this scenario, NATO have Higher Chance to win because all NATO countries Except South Korea, Greece, Turkey, Italy, Australia can produce Nukes. And NATO have more allies.
Challenge conquest is a mode in conquest to make it harder & more chaotic. It also comes with a conquest pass where you can unlock rewards if you do certain things in this mode. This mode can be good if you need medals since you can just get an easy country do some tasks, win and get alot of medals. Challenge conquest also introduces some changes to the map, notably American presence in Africa during the 1943 challenge conquest and Africa being filled during the 1950 and 1960 conquest.

My answer to all of the above are YES I CAN, and I WILL MAKE IT. I have made it somehow with amazing people around me to support me as well and most of all my Wife who has been my rock and now my beloved Daughter a God's blessing whom I give the world to making me the WARRIOR to accomplish so much more no matter what the challenge is.
I am humbled to share my experiences on how challenges have made me humble and adapt to any circumstance. It has truly helped me value people around me, be grateful to what you have, be joyful with what you get and how we should always respect one another so much for who they are and what they may be going through.
Lets admit it, challenges bring either the best in us to fight it or worst in us that leaves us defeated. This is why we need to support all through this phase and share your experiences as a way forward to help learn how best to face challenges.
Conquests are a succession of custom games ("battles") against AI opponents on specific maps where unique game rules and/or victory condition have been set. It can be played on four difficulties to challenge every type of player : Easy, Normal, Hard, and Extreme.
While order of the challenges are constant, intermediary battle are random, making each conquest attempt unique. Additionally, each battle allows the player to choose and unlock random bonuses ("favor") that will last throughout the conquest.
Co-op and solo mode are distinctive and cannot be switched from one to another.
At the beginning of a new conquest, one player stands as the host of the game (conquest will be based on their clan) while the other has the possibility to choose any clan to support them through the conquest. Both players choose a clan at the beginning of the conquest, and that choice cannot be changed until it's over. Both players will benefit from their own clans' favors.
Conquest comes with a new set of custom townhall skins. They can be unlocked for any game mode by finishing the clan's conquest on any difficulty. (It needs then to be activated in the preference settings). If the conquest is played cooperatively, each player will unlock the skin for the clan they played as through the conquest.
Five hundred years ago, in February of 1519, the Spaniard Hernn Corts set sail from Cuba to explore and colonize Aztec civilization in the Mexican interior. Within just two years, Aztec ruler Montezuma was dead, the capital city of Tenochtitlan was captured and Corts had claimed the Aztec empire for Spain. Spanish weaponry and tactics played a role, but most of the destruction was wrought by epidemics of European diseases.
After helping conquer Cuba for the Spanish, Corts was commissioned to lead an expedition to the mainland. When his small fleet landed, he ordered his ships scuttled, eliminating any possibility of retreat and conveying the depth of his resolve.
Corts with his 500 men then headed into the Mexican interior. This region was home to the Aztec civilization, an empire of an estimated 16 million people at this time. Through a system of conquest and tribute, the Aztecs had established the great island city of Tenochtitlan in Lake Texcoco that ruled over an area of about 80,000 square miles.
Discovering widespread resentment toward the capital city and its ruler, Corts formed alliances with many locals. Though vastly outnumbered, he and a small force marched on Tenochtitlan, where Montezuma received them with honor. In turn, Corts took Montezuma prisoner.
Although Corts was a skilled leader, he and his force of perhaps a thousand Spaniards and indigenous allies would not have been able to overcome a city of 200,000 without help. He got it in the form of a smallpox epidemic that gradually spread inward from the coast of Mexico and decimated the densely populated city of Tenochtitlan in 1520, reducing its population by 40 percent in a single year.
Smallpox is caused by an inhaled virus, which causes fever, vomiting and a rash, soon covering the body with fluid-filled blisters. These turn into scabs which leave scars. Fatal in approximately one-third of cases, another third of those afflicted with the disease typically develop blindness.
Happily, worldwide vaccination efforts have been successful, and the last naturally occurring case of the disease was diagnosed in 1977. The final case occurred in 1978, when a photographer died of the disease, prompting the scientist whose research she was covering to take his own life.
