Request for Help from 6th Grade Parents

Hello, fellow 6th Grade Parents. There has been a nice tradition of
having a few 6th Grade parents set up and serve refreshments for our
7th Grade Moving Up Ceremony which is scheduled for tomorrow, in order
to allow 7th Grade Parents to attend the ceremony.

So far we've had one 6th Grade parent volunteer, but I'm worried she
might be lonely (not to mention a bit overwhelmed). If 4 or 5 of you
could help out for about 90 minutes, I'd love to give her some
company, and then hopefully next year's 6th grade parents will help
out when it's our turn.

Can you help out from about 4:30 to 6:15pm tomorrow (Wednesday, June
16)? All that's involved is setting up some light refreshments (juice/
cookies), and serving following the short Moving Up Ceremony (which
starts at 5pm). If so, please let me know! I'd be most grateful.
