[mehms-pta] Reflecting on a terrific PTA event! Thank you!

Good morning, PTA! Just wanted to send a shout out to thank all of
the families, staff and students who participated in our first annual
MEHMS PTA Family Fun Bingo Night. The evening was a great success,
with well over 100 in attendance! Thanks for making this night such a
terrific one! We all had a great time, and it was wonderful seeing
families enjoy a fun and relaxing evening together in our MEHMS school
community.

Congratulations to 6th Graders Daniel Schlitt and Raheem Lawal, our
Grand Prize Blackout Bingo Winners!

Special thanks to our PTA Executive Committee members - Jill Martin,
for coordinating the bingo games, Catherine Beddow for securing the
AMAZING prizes, and Annette Hennessey for planning and concessions.

I'd also like to thank Mary Lynn Hickey of the Falls Church Housing
Corporation/Winter Hill Apartments for loaning us a wonderful bingo
machine, Marybeth Connelly for community outreach, and Chris Earman
for creating and donating terrific spiritwear and winner's tees!
Finally, thanks to Rob Donovan for serving as our enthusiastic bingo
caller during the event!

If you missed Bingo Night, don't worry - we'll definitely be hosting
our second annual Bingo Night next spring! Hope to see you there!
