Dear Fellow Parents: Just a reminder that this Friday evening we will
join the Falls Church Elementary PTA families in welcoming Mr. Kirk
Martin for our Parents Night Out. Founder of "Celebrate Calm", Kirk
will share his ten secrets to a stress free home - here's what he has
to say!

Create a calm home—eliminate yelling and arguing.
Improve focus, attention and behavior in school.
Create stress-free mornings and homework time.
Relieve anxiety, meltdowns and sensory issues.

Join us for a humorous, practical workshop with nationally-recognized

Kirk Martin, who has trained over 100,000 parents. Helpful in reducing
meltdowns and stress in all families, including those with special

The workshop is FREE. Just bring your spouse and a couple of friends—
