Ingrediente: 1,500 kg pulpă de porc, doi morcovi mari, 4-5 felii speck/bacon/cap de piept afumat, boia dulce, boia iute, sare, piper, 50-60 ml vin alb demisec, 50-60 ml apă, două-trei linguri ulei de măsline; Marinada: 500-600 ml apă, 250 ml vin alb demisec, 1 praz, 2-3 [...]
