Friends,

I spoke to Kumar builder representative today and i am told that E-building possession would be given in month of Jun 2014.

In my agreement they had committed for 48th months period from the date of commencement of construction.

In my agreement this date is 02-02-2009 which means 48 month are already over.

This is really being delayed.

Can we do something in this regard?

I spoke to Mega from kumar builders office. She told me for sangria E. Tower the possession is December 2013.

I still don't understand why they are collecting money every month.

I am writing a letter to them now.
