New software function „MxActivitySensor“ for camera internal motion analysis

This software version provides for the first time the new MxActivitySensor for camera internal motion analysis on all Q24M, M24M, D24M, T24M, D14Di, S14 and V14 Secure models. In contrast to the current video motion (VM) analysis, the MxActivitySensor does not react to just any movement in the image, but only on objects that move in a certain direction. It is thus considerably less sensitive to disturbances affecting the complete image, such as rain, snow, wobbling motion of the camera mast, etc. and it is also much easier to configure than the VM detection. The configuration of MxActivitySensor is done via the web browser in the same dialog page as for the configuration of the VM event triggers. The Image Analysis Events section of the Event Overview dialog, accessed via Setup Menu > Event Control now contains new event sensor types named MxActivitySensor. The events generated by MxActivitySensor can be used just as VM events for image storage or the execution of any particular actions.
