Know "who" and what to call a group's list of members

When you visit meetup.com you will notice that the way we list group
members and event attendees is with an organizer-defined name.

You can now access that name in your apps by using the "who" response
property contained in either of the groups api methods. For example,
the ny-scala meetup group lists its users as "Scala Types". You can
grab that name from the methods below.
