I propose you to create your own github repository (we can call it uvm-axi-lite-verification-ip or whatever you want) and put your files there for easy history tracking.
Then we can fork it to https://github.com/verilog-meetup and work together to create a proper example. I believe such an example has high potential value since the current examples in Mentor Verification Academy and other places are not good for several reasons, but the topic is important: the students do poorly on job interviews when they are asked about BFMs for the pipelined protocols such as AXI or AHB-Lite.
