How to toggleVideo on videocall plugin

Hi all,

I'm implementing videocall plugin, based on https://janus.conf.meetecho.com/videocalltest.html all look good, except when I disable video and ENABLE it again, the video lost forever and not came back. If you do a play on above example, you will see the same.

Is this a bug of Janus? I've searched all google but found nothing.
