Video does not appear on some mobile devices in the Streaming plugin

Hi

I have unusual symptoms

In lte environment, only the streaming plugin does not show the video

The video plugin works fine, but the streaming plugin doesn't.

Change the network to wifi and it looks very good

However, it is not a candidate problem as "media available" message appears in lte.

This happens a lot on certain devices like z-flip3 or fold3.

The client displays a lot of slowlink messages (uplink~)

Does anyone know about this issue?
