Sip decline problem

i am trying Sip Gateway demo i registered two with different sip number(302 and 304)
i am calling from sip 302 to 304 everything okay

But when i try to decline the call i am giving 486 busy here response at caller side(302)

And callee side(304) act like the call answered (i think)

What am i missing ?

Sorry but I could not understand your issue. You'll have to describe your problem better than that.

I recorded a video to explain my problem . Between 0 and 30. secon is my problem

Why caller getting accepted event, even call declined.
Becouse of this i cant understand the call is accepted or declined
