Hi,

I'm currently trying to install post-processing tool on a post processing server.

Using ./configure I can disable a lot of functionality but I still need to install the janus core. My guess is I don't need the janus core for using the post-processing tool. Is there a way to compile the post-processing tool without the janus core? Or can I just copy janus-pp-rec to the post processing server?

Which libraries do I need to install as a minimum on post processing server for running janus-pp-rec?

Keep up the good work with Janus!

The easiest thing is to just copy the executable on the other machine and only install the dependencies it requires. The janus-pp-rec tool uses way less libraries than janus itself, you can find the list here (snippet from the configure.ac that looks for them)

On Debian, you can also install janus-tools from the sid apt repos:

https://packages.debian.org/sid/comm/janus-tools
