transport-cc for subscribers in videoroom in multistream branch?

Morning,

will the multistream branch support transport-wide-cc for the videoroom subscribers (automatically switching of available simulcast layers according to the available bandwidth?)

No. TWCC is only active for publishers.

Are there any plans to support it for subscribers? (ofc after multistream which is focussed)

The biggest problem i see here is that i can only reliably reduce the simulcast layers but i have no knowledge on when it would be possible to raise it cause the pc sees more bandwidth.
There is no information on it from the api point of view (or i am not aware of it)

Whats the suggested concept/idea handling it from the webrtc api browser side or admin api sever side?

For those humbling over the topic. I started something using the now available REMB values which allows an automated switching on the server side.
