Tagged versions 1.0.4 (multistream) and 0.12.4 (legacy)

Hi all,

since I'm about to merge a few pending pull requests (PR 3003, that changes the way streams are captured in janus.js), I just tagged two versions, one for the new multistream-based master (1.0.4), and one for the legacy 0.x branch instead (0.12.4). You can find them here respectively:

Master will now be 1.1.0, while 0.x will be 0.13.0.
