Couldn't contact the backend: is Janus down, or is the Admin/Monitor interface disabled?

I want to implement Admin api to get all the registered users connected to my plugin. I am gettiing this error while running admin plugin files 
"Couldn't contact the backend: is Janus down, or is the Admin/Monitor interface disabled?"

Any help? How can I handle this thing.

Make sure the admin api interface is running, depending which transport you use.

Usually in janus.transports.http.conf
