How much time could it take to make a native android videoroom app ?

Hello, I plan to create a videoroom android app, I use janus multistream.

I used to code an app like that using kurento.

I guess I have to convert janus.js to java/kotlin right ? Would I have to convert the file entirely if i just use videoroom ? (I am a beginner...)

How much time could it take to do this app ?

I prefere native coding, I will need to access I420 frames and I am not sure I can using react native...?

Please any advices, suggestions... i am very motivated to do this.
