Hassan,
Are you using .NET to create a web application, with ASPX pages?
If yes, then you can use the Janus JavaScript API.
If you're building a native windows application, then you'll first need something within C# that gives you WebRTC functionality. Then use the Janus REST API to connect with the gateway.
