Modify sampling rate in audiobridge

i've change sampling rate in audiobridge config:

sampling_rate = 16000

But, the SDP still result 48000:

rtpmap:111 opus/48000/2

Opus has a dynamic bitrate so i think it is always negotiated in sdp as 48000/2 but to see the real value use webrtc-internals or about:webrtc but only when encoder is changing it you will notice the difference.

Yes, it's always 48000/2 in SDP, as per the RFC, no matter what the actual sampling rate is.
