Janus RTC scalability, how to scale?

We are doing research on how to scale Janus RTC as a media server,

questions like,

do we need to use CDN for this?

Publish as RTMP only?
can we scale when using WebRTC,
muliple instance of Janus that works as SFU?

Do you guys have recommendations?
Videos, links, articles, samples will be a great help

Please check the FAQ in the docs, it has a ton of material to refer to, including for scalability.
