Use janus with Other framework

Hi,
um new bie to here. i have used https://github.com/radioman/WebRtc.NET.git  to get the WEBRTC library to develop own desktop application. In radioman, signalling service done by using web sockets.Also it uses C# language. But janus only provides javaScript client side API.How to start to implement Janus signalling service(i have used javascript to call REST API)  in Radioman?  thank you!
