Cant play stream on specific WiFi network

Im having an issue where I cant seem to play my stream from a specific wifi network. The first screenshot is from the wifi network I cant play streams from. I just get stuck with the spinner and the packet size indicator shows I am receiving responses from the server, just not the complete responses. The second shows me accessing the same stream from a different wifi network. I ran wireshark and cant seem to see any rtp packets coming from the janus server on the bad wifi network, but I can see them on the one that works. Im really lost here any suggestion is appreciated. Check if the affected network enforces a smaller MTU. The video frames may be too large on average, and so dropped by the network. If so, you need to configure the sender to send smaller ones.

thats strange because I have been able to access the stream on this wifi network before. But let me look into this thanks

my dtls_mtu in janus.jcfg is set to 1200, and it is not working, when i ping the server with ping <janus_server> -f -l 1460 I receive responses, not positive if this is the only way to check mtu size on the router, but i stepped dtls_mtu all the way down to 600 and still no luck. Does it need to be configured elsewhere?

correction, I realize i shouldnt lower the dtls_mtu, but lower the packet size of the sender. I did that, but still no luck, with the dtls_mtu set to default 1200

That's really weird, since the bitrate label on the not working page is showing a good value.

Maybe this is a problem in the bitstream (e.g. missing keyframe at the start?) Try to connect a subscriber, then restart the process that is feeding the mountpoint (e.g. gstreamer/ffmpeg pipe or similar).

Ive tried that, still no luck. I looked into the MTU, Im sending packets with ffmpeg at a size of 1316 which is within my mtu max size, Im not sure what else to try, it works on other wifi networks and for my coworkers but not for me on my home network. Ive also tried a hotspot through my phone and that actually doesnt work either. Any more insight would be very appreciated.
