Any easy way to integrate OBS with Janus?  It uses RTMP, and Janus uses RTP -- would I need to implement RTMP handling in Janus, or is there a better solution?  And how would sessions between OBS and Janus be established?

I guess as a follow-up, OBS supports RTP through ffmpeg.  That said, it would be the SDP negotiation that would be hard I think

RTP forwarding + ffmpeg to transcode to RTMP.

This would be if I wanted to send RTMP though, right?  What if I wanted to received RTMP?

And that's probably not even where the issue would be, since OBS can send RTP with ffmpeg...  I'll have to find a way to negotiate a webrtc connection with OBS

Why don't you just leverage the Streaming plugin, and feed a mountpoint with RTP data coming from OBS?
