salam and hello, after last night's hicom-ec's meeting, i've finalised the pending taks for FNM

1. finalise name bdk br n masukkan ke dlm GG nih

2. set date for next meeting - agenda: brainstorming any business plans for medtech 

3. gi order cd + gmbr platoon (by this weekend)

4. distribute cds 29&30th june - reply availability please. yg nih CC tlg skali. nk distribute membership card.

5. order committee's shirt. (by this weekend) 

5. prepare MMK report - assign PIC, then bg i review br bg ke CMD utk post ke website.

6. Get RM500 blk from CC (mintak kat fatin)

Agreed! Just to add sikit (sorry Shahirah i menyibuk),

For item no:

2 - the business plan should include how you plan to use the original money that the club has given you (in your case it's 2K) and possibly double the figure. From what we had discussed yesterday, FnM should be more involved in thinking of strategies of 'selling' Medtech. CC can promote us through social networks and events and so on. FnM can be Medtech's so called 'business brains'. For example, in your business plan, you say that you want to sell video regarding the proper use of washing machines. So, kerja FnM is to give this idea to CMD (after you've discussed with SHahirah). Let CMD do the video. Once you get the video, you must be able to sell it. Think of new ways, besides our normal stuff like tshirt, lanyard and so on :)

5 (ada dua no 5. hehe) Regarding committee shirt, we agreed for s/sleeve for men and l/sleeve for ladies. Get the latest database ASAP (you guys promised by 11.59 pm tonight kan?). Plus, CD is going to ask ITMS staff of their tshirt size. IF tak dapat, just order extra shirt for them but the size korang decide je. Consult CD on this matter
