Medooze with VoIP / SIP calls

Dear Sergio,

First thank you for your great work and supporting us, I think Medooze is best choice for creating large video conference.

I want to know if there's any way to make Medooze work with VoIP / SIP calls,

Or you can help me to know how i can start.
