Contract Duration - 6 months+

1. Skills and competencies – mix of PM and BA. They will be
overseeing internal and vended projects. Ensure we are following the
project plan, noting scope changes, etc. I do not expect them to
spend time updating the actual plan – but working the issues and
coordinating efforts. Also, they will be involved in working with the
Medical Management product managers in identifying and documenting key
processes, working with customers on understanding their requirements,
etc. Need someone who can use critical thinking skills as we do not
have a real highly structured PMO yet.
2.
Initiatives – Transitional Care Management project. Blended
service (internal/external) for working with hospitals and members in
transitioning members out of the hospital into our care. Framework
built with pilot project to launch. Would oversee the additional roll-
outs. Project plan and competencies well documented. Also, ground
floor position to work on new projects mentioned in #1,

3. Contract length – 6 months (to start). Would like
to have someone local if possible. If have a good candidate rolling
off the MA Ops would highly consider.

Hi,

I am semi-retired and work mostly in software management, however I have forwarded your note to an old client in San Diego. 

I'm not sure he would want to do a permanent move from SD but if it's a known fixed or limited-length situation he may be interested.  He was a client in SD for many years before I moved to Oklahoma a few years back- actually he still is a client, I went back to do some work for him late last year.

If you get any response from Max Jennings I would highly recommend him.  His situation is that he has been working for a doctor who was part of a group and he managed the billing and office management for the entire group.  Then the group split, as they all do and his primary doc client moved to another group.  Now that doc is planning to work for another group and this will probably not include an opportunity for Max.
