My former employer is in need of hourly support, does not have a
support contract. It is possible the system has crashed. The new
office manager was attempting to run a daily close when he encountered
a file lock in the daily file. Shut down was run several times as
well as cleanlog. Still cannot run daily close. I had gone into
office to see if I could help, but was not able to resolve the
problem. System wide rebuild was attempted. I ran a file diag in
the toolbox and encountered:
End of record error in the activity file. There was a fatal error 6 in
the patient file as well as the file lock in the daily file. He has
not been able to close for several days.
If anyone can offer a reasonable hourly rate for a small practice,
